The Bristol Inshore Lifejacket/Buoyancy Aid complies with the requirements of EN395 for persons over 70kg and is also suitable for children over 30kg minimum weight. It is easily stowed as it has been designed to fold into a square. It is fitted with reflective patches on the collar for night time visibility.

The jacket is quickly donned and secured with a single body belt. Buoyancy is provided by closed cell foam and arranged to provide a positive righting moment and excellent support to the head. The jacket is fitted with a grab loop behind the head to allow a survivor to be held alongside while lifting inboard is arranged.

The jacket has four additional reflective patches totalling 400cm and a lifting loop fitted to the belt to allow the survivor to be hoisted clear of the water. this complies with te M.S.A. requirements for use in commercial vessels operating in Class V© and VI waters in UK.
